What do you love about working in education?: I love working in education because I genuinely enjoy getting to know students and watching them grow—not just academically, but as people. I love those moments when something finally clicks for a student or when they gain confidence in themselves. After working in education for eleven years, I still find this really rewarding, and I can’t imagine doing anything else.
Why Bridge?: What really drew me to Bridge is the balance between high academic expectations and creating a school where students feel known, supported, and excited to learn. I really connect with the focus on the whole child and values like acceptance, resilience, and achievement. I’ve been looking for a community where I can continue to grow while making a meaningful impact, and Bridge feels like a place where I can do both.
