We conduct outreach in:

  • Homeless shelters

  • Day care centers

  • Medical clinics

  • Family stabilization teams

  • The Department of Children and Families

  • Housing developments

Student demographics

Our school is uniquely designed to serve the needs of at-risk children, all of whom possess great cultural capital and resilience.

Among our student population

  • 98% are children of color

  • 69% receive free or reduced lunch through the Community Eligibility Program

  • 25.4% are English Language Learners

  • 21% receive Special Education services

  • 20% have received support from the Department of Children and Families

  • 4% homeless or in foster care

Student Languages

At Bridge, 46.7% of our students’ first language is not English. Our diverse student body means there is a wide range of languages spoken at our school in addition to English:
